Hire Policies

Delivery

Delivery is included in our prices for all orders over $150 within our delivery zone (Generally speaking anywhere from Surfers Paradise to Tweed). Please ensure you include your accommodation address so we can add delivery if you are outside our zone. *$25 delivery fee is added for all hire orders under $150.

Deliveries/Pick-ups are completed between 8AM - 4PM 

Unless prearranged with hotel, someone will need to be available to receive the booking.

All orders will need to be ready for pick up by 9AM on the last day of hire - unless prearranged with Third Ave Hire.

Payment

All payments are accepted online via our secure payment link. 

Full payment is required at time of booking.

Refund policy

We understand sometimes things don't go to plan and we want your holiday experience to be one to remember.
We will refund you 50% if you give us more than 24 hours notice of a cancellation. Unfortunately a cancellation within 24 hours will receive no refund. 

On delivery you must notify us of any damage, faults or missing items within 2 hours of receiving the equipment for hire. This will give us time to replace items as quickly as possible for you - so you can start enjoying the beach!

Terms & Conditions

All items hired are hired at hirer's own risk and must be utilised as per manufactures guidelines of use. Misuse of any product is the responsibility of the hirer.

Items returned that are damaged & unable to be restored will incur a damage fee. 

*General wear and tear from normal use is accepted.
